Wooden Spoon are pleased to bring you our annual National Conference 2024. We're pleased to be working with Coventry Rugby Club who will be hosting us this year and we really do hope all regions will be represented in what is always a brilliant event.

The conference is a chance for the national office to update our regional volunteers face to face with the current state of the charity and the future strategic direction. We will run a series of workshops to benefit participants and these will enable collaborative working and an opportunity for all to share their experiences and 'Good Practice' across all the amazing work being done throughout the UK & Ireland.

Further to really positive feedback from last year, we will remain in the midlands area which has great transport networks and offers the best chance for us to engage with as many regions as possible.

Attendance for members of Wooden Spoon regional committees is FREE, which will include:

*Dinner on Friday 13th September at Coventry RFC.

*Accommodation & Breakfast at Premier Inn Coventry (next to the ground) on the Friday 13th.

*Conference Workshops & Buffet Lunch on Saturday 14th September at Coventry RFC.

Delegates will be required to arrive from 4pm on Friday (which includes checking in to the hotel).

Pre-Dinner drink will be 6.30pm with food served at 7pm.

The conference will start at 9am on Saturday morning, with the day wrapped up by 4pm.

**Travel is not included.
