Proms 2025 - A Celebration of Film Music

Saturday 5th July 2025 from 7.00pm to 11.45pm in Hangar 4. Concert from 8.30pm to 10.30pm.

Dress code: Mess Dress/Black Tie or female equivalent

Hear music from some of the most iconic films including: Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter and many more.

Performed by The Central Band of the Royal Air Force, with guest performance from Lucy Illingworth (winner of the channel 4 competition - The Piano).

We're proud to be raising funds for Wooden Spoon. There is a wonderful raffle and auction with unique prizes: whisky, film memorabilia, dinners for two at the IVY, Lego Space station signed by Tim Peake, Weekends away, red arrow flight suit, helicopter flights and much more...

Ticket options below:

VIP standard £120 per ticket - The best seats in the house. Relax on Chesterfield sofas, and enjoy the show, just metres from the stage, with a complementary bottle of prosecco. VIP guests are welcomed to an exclusive pre-show reception in the Officers mess and have access to the VIP bar in the hanger.

Zone A £65 per ticket - Enjoy the show in the stalls semi circular layout so all seats have the same great view of the stage close to the action. Zone A ticket holders have access to the VIP bar in the hanger. Please note that the stalls in this zone are step free and can be replaced for wheelchair access.

Zone B £60 per ticket - Enjoy the show in the stalls semi circular layout so all seats have the same great view of the stage close to the action. Zone B ticket holders have access to the public bar in the hanger. Please note that the stalls in this zone are step free and can be replaced for wheelchair access.

Zones C, D & E £45 per ticket - Enjoy the show in the tiered dress circle with uninterrupted views of the stage. Zones C, D & E ticket holders have access to the public bar in the hanger. Please note the front row of the stands are available with step free access for those with mobility issues.

Parking

Parking is provided for guests free of charge. Please note there is a ten minute walk from the parking to the venue. See Car park location map.

Food and Drink

Food and drink is available throughout the evening to purchase. Both card and cash are accepted, with card is preferred.

Accessible seating

 If you require accessible seating please note that this is available in Zone A/B and only on the first rows of Zones C/D/E. please select accordingly.

Terms & conditions

- You will need to provide a valid form of photo identification upon entry alongside your ticket (Passport, Driving Licence, MOD 90, HM Veteran card) - failure to provide will strictly mean refusal of entry

- To comply with the above please make sure that the correct information is provided for each attendee at the time of ticket purchase.

- Guests are liable to search. Failure to permit search will mean refusal of entry

- Please note we have a strict bag policy, all bags are subject to search. Failure to permit search will mean refusal of entry

- Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol

- RAF Shawbury is a live air base and active military establishment. Guests are expected to behave appropriately. Any inappropriate behaviour may result is removal from the site.

- Blue badge holders- any guests requesting the accessible parking must present their blue badge upon entry to the camp. Your car maybe liable to search prior to entry.

- Please arrive at Shawbury before 8pm to ensure you/your party will be seated prior to the show commencing at 8:30pm.
