Autumn Herb School: Create Your Own Herbarium 🍂✨

As the evenings draw in join me for a little seasonal magic at The Snowgoose, Macclesfield.

Over three cosy Thursday evenings, meeting once a month throughout autumn, we'll gather to create a beautiful Herbarium—your own herb book of carefully pressed herbs and plants, filled with the stories, tasting notes and folklore.

Together we'll dive into a world of herbs, learning how to identify, press, preserve, and present the plants that surround us, while exploring their traditional uses, folklore, and the gentle rituals that have connected people with nature for centuries. As well as creating your Herbarium, you'll learn some fun recipes to add into your book and enjoying a sensory tea tasting each month when you can add your tasting notes to each plant you add to your Herbarium. 

This will be a series of creative workshops with botanical treasures, good conversation, and a touch of that Practical Magic feeling—celebrating the beauty of the season with like-minded folk. You'll be provided with a Herbarium book at the first session in September to fill throughout the season and take home, adding to your book each month and we'll gather again in 2027 for a new season of herbs.

Whether you're just beginning your herbal journey or looking to deepen your connection with the plants around you, you'll leave with new knowledge, lasting memories, and a handcrafted herbarium to treasure.
