Workforce Development, Inc. (WDI) is a private nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the workforce of Southeast Minnesota. With ten offices across the region, we support thousands of individuals each year as they explore careers, build skills, and secure meaningful, well-paying work. We serve people of all ages and backgrounds—including youth, adults, dislocated workers, and those overcoming barriers to employment.

At the same time, we provide tailored workforce solutions to help businesses attract, train, and retain top talent. Our employer services are designed to support organizations at every stage of growth, ensuring a strong and thriving regional workforce.
