Description
Do you look after someone? Are you looking for support to develop your employability skills?
The Working for Carers project invites you to join our FREE CV writing session to hear from our specialist Employment Advisor, Stirling, and learn top tips on mastering your CV.
At the online clinic, you can expect to receive specialist advice on starting your CV, support writing your CV, information on how to tailor your CV to a job description, and find out more about how the Working for Carers project can help you in your employment journey. There will also be a Q&A session.
The Working for Carers project supports unpaid carers looking after someone in Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland, throughout their employment and educational journey. It is a partnership between Newcastle Carers, North Tyneside Carers' Centre, and Carers Northumberland. This project is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, with the North East Combined Authority as the lead authority.
The CV clinic will be full of valuable information for carers, in a relaxed and judgement-free environment.
Join us on Monday 25 November 2024, from 1pm - 2.30pm. This event is free and will be hosted on Microsoft Teams. You will be sent a link to the meeting on the email you signed up with, closer to the time.
