We are excited to invite you to the World Carp Classic Legacy Event, a premier carp fishing competition set in the breathtaking surroundings of Lake Orellana, Spain. This special event will be staged as a fundraising initiative in support of the FreeSpirit Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children, disadvantaged families, and individuals struggling with mental illness experience the joy of being out on the water. A portion of all entry fees will be donated to support this vital cause.

WHY LAKE ORELLANA?
Lake Orellana offers an exceptional fishing experience with its stunning landscape of mountains and islands. The event’s centralized setup ensures that all essential facilities - including Event Headquarters, Registration, Bivvy City, Apartments, Restaurants, and Parking - are conveniently located near each other. Plus, you will have the added convenience of driving directly to your peg. Importantly there are vast numbers of fantastic carp all over the lake that will make for a brilliant event.

EVENT DETAILS IN BRIEF
6 rods per peg
A distance of 350 meters where possible
2 boats on the water for trio entries at the same time provided there is an awake angler on the shore at all times
Anglers to get their permits.
Competition Format: Catch, Photograph & Release
Winner Determination: The anglers with the greatest combined weight of their three biggest fish will be crowned champions.

COST OF ENTRY
The basic entry fee is £1100 for 2 anglers.
A third one can participate £500.

All participants including Helpers also pledge as a condition of entry to complete a shore cleanup and to post a minimum of 5 pictures on a Social Media account - All information available here

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
• Anglers to be 14 years of age minimum if accompanied by a parent or guardian
• No one under the age of 18 at the start of the event is allowed in boats
• All anglers and helpers to be insured as per event requirements
• All anglers to have a valid fishing permit including extras allowing them to take part in the event
• All competitors and Helpers are required to sign the on-site registration form, which includes a disclaimer, acceptance and understanding of the full and final event rules and local rules, terms and conditions, and agreement on any sanitary measures.
• Condition of entry for all also includes the completion of a Shoreline cleanup

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
Selecting Your Purchase: Only select the items you are prepared to pay for now. You can return to the booking center later to add extras to your entry.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, payment details will be provided on the next page below the card payment section, appearing as a link titled Bank Transfer.
Bank Transfer Instructions: Proof of bank transfer (in full, clear funds, in GBP) must be emailed to admin@anglingspirit.com within 24 hours of registration. Your place will be held for 7 days, but funds must clear within this period to secure your entry.
Transaction Fees: A fee applies to all orders. If paying by credit card, this fee is due. If paying by bank transfer, the fee may be deducted, provided the payment is received in full, clear funds in Pound Sterling.
Payment Requirement: Full payment is required upon registration to confirm entry. This includes a non-refundable deposit of £500.
