EVENT DETAILS IN BRIEF
6 rods per peg
A distance of 350 meters where possible
2 boats on the water for trio entries at the same time provided there is an awake angler on the shore at all times
Anglers to get their own permits.

All invitation access codes will be set up with a time expiration automatically managed by the system. Invitations not taken on time will be passed on to another group of persons on our long list.
Confirmation of entry is subject to payment being received - see rules in important notes below.

COST OF ENTRY
The basic entry fee is £2250 which includes a 3rd angler outright. Two anglers can still compete but the basic entry fee remains the same.
All participants including Helpers also pledge as a condition of entry to complete a shore cleanup and to post a minimum of 5 pictures on a Social Media account - All information available here

Extras - can be booked and paid for at any time. Extras are only taken into account against payment.

Condition of Entry
• Anglers to be 14 years of age minimum if accompanied by a parent or guardian
• No one under the age of 18 at the start of the event is allowed in boats
• All anglers and helpers to be insured as per event requirements
• All anglers to have a valid fishing permit including extras allowing them to take part in the event
• All competitors and Helpers are required to sign the on-site registration form which includes: a disclaimer, acceptance, and understanding of the full and final event rules & local rules, terms & conditions, and agreement on any sanitary measures.
• Condition of entry also includes compliance with the following event requirements: Shoreline Cleanup and Bait Survey.

Allocation of Places

Thursday 17th October until Thursday 7th November 23:55 UK Time.
Priority registration opened to WCC24 Champions, 2024 event agreed postponements and arrangements.

Thursday 17th October 19:00 UK time – country quota system enforced
WCC24 Bait survey level 0 priority registration opens – Priority ends Friday 18th October 18:00.

Friday 18th October 19:00 UK time – country quota system enforced
Bait survey level 1 & 2 are invited – Priority ends Saturday 19th October 18:00

Saturday 19th October 19:00 UK time – country quota system enforced
Any remaining unallocated spots from Wednesday and Thursday are then released to all remaining 2024, 2023 & 2022 participants.

Early November Mad-dash – 2 places (1 place secured for Poland – polish anglers also welcome to try for a place in the 2nd mad-dash).
If you are unsuccessful in securing a place add yourself to the waiting list to be found on the second page of the registration process. Only registered persons on the list will be contacted and be given a 48-hour notice. Check your spam folder.
Any individual who has represented a World Carp Classic sponsor within the past three (3) years is ineligible to participate in the November registration mad-dash. This rule ensures fair competition for all entrants.

Exclusive WCC VIP list mad-dash to ensure some who have greatly contributed to the making of the event have been given an extra chance

Friday 15th November at 23:55 PM - end of lone country priority registration. The remaining places will be released on a first come first basis regardless of country of origin. Are considered lone countries any not listed below:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain.

IMPORTANT NOTE

- Only book a place for a given country if the Captain is able to prove nationality or permanent country of residence. No change of role will be allowed during the course of the year between anglers of the same entry. Entries can't be passed on to a new Captain without the organiser's consent. Poland's quota reached - no spots available.
- ONLY choose the items you are going to pay for NOW. Re-visit this booking center if you want to add an extra to your entry.
- Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If choosing bank payments all details can be found on the next page below the card payment as a link showing as Bank Transfer.
- Proof of bank transfer in full clear funds in pound sterling must be emailed to admin@anglingspirit.com within 24 hours of registration to be taken into account. The place is subsequently on hold for 7 days by which time funds need to clear to ensure the place is allocated.
- Full payment is required upon registration to secure entry. This includes a non-refundable deposit of £750.
