The Snowman

In the final run-up to Christmas, join us for The Snowman - a narration of the classic children's tale accompanied by the original music from the film.  Narrated by the fabulous Susie Riddell, from The Archers, and accompanied by a string quartet of London's finest musicians, this is guaranteed to create a magical hour in the run-up to Christmas.  Suitable for familes with young children, or anyone who loves Raymond Briggs gorgeous story, the live music enhances the experience of the story beyond simply watching it on a screen. Please note, this is not a screening of the movie, but a narration of the story set to music.  It always brings both a smile and a tear to the eye - and we've heard a rumour that a very special guest may also turn up....

This concert is in partnership with Orpington Methodist Church's Christmas Tree Festival and once expenses have been met, any profit will go to their selected charities.  For more information about this, please visit https://www.orpingtonmethodist.org.uk/.aboutthefestival.htm
