This one-night tasting experience brings together many of British Columbia’s top women chefs and their culinary mentees, inviting guests to explore 15+ stations of unforgettable food and drink, all for a cause worth toasting to. Bite into brilliance, meet the women shaping the future of food, and be a part of cooking up something extraordinary.

Hosted at the Fairmont Pacific Rim’s stunning Star Sapphire Ballroom, Yes Shef pairs celebrated women-led culinary teams with rising culinary students to create one-night-only signature dishes. Alongside bold flavours, you’ll enjoy premium wine, beer, and cocktails from some of the top women in beverage.

Yes Shef is more than an incredible night out. Women still hold a minority of leadership roles in Canada’s kitchens, and for many, the climb is even steeper. Every ticket sold helps fund scholarships, mentorship, and leadership development for women in recreation, tourism, and hospitality through WORTH Association.
