WUB on the Lake Retreat Cancellation/Refund Policy

At WUB on the Lake, we understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. While we do not offer refunds for retreat passes, we are fully supportive of you reselling your pass to someone else. If you need to transfer your pass, please let us know and we will assist in facilitating the transfer.

Accommodations Refunds: If you have booked accommodations and can no longer attend, we will refund the cost of the accommodations provided that they can be refilled or taken by another participant. Once your accommodation spot has been taken up, we will process the refund for that amount.

We appreciate your understanding and support in ensuring that our retreat remains a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. If you have any questions or need assistance with transferring your retreat pass, please do not hesitate to contact us.
