The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever 2025 - Edinburgh
Welcome to The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever - Edinburgh 2025!
Get ready to dress up in your best red dress and join us for a fun-filled afternoon of dancing and celebrating the iconic music video by Kate Bush.
The event will take place on Sat, June 7th at 4:30pm as part of the programme at the Meadow’s Festival. Let's come together as a community and recreate the magic of the Wuthering Heights dance. Don't miss out on this unforgettable experience!
The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever is one of the most joyful days of the year.
It was an idea founded by Shambush, a British performance group in Brighton in 2013.
Since then, it has become a worldwide phenomenon brought together by a global collective of amateur and professional event organisers internationally. We run the event with the aim of spreading joy and celebrating the music of Kate Bush by a choreographed dance to the music of Wuthering Heights. The event is one about movement, dance, and celebration. A chance to recreate one of the most iconic pieces of musical art in a mass group setting.
For the use of Shambush’s concept for our Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever events, our event is run exclusively on a not-for-profit basis
Tickets will be free. You must have a ticket to participate. There is a £1 booking fee per ticket that will be charged to cover the cost of issuing the ticket.
We are excited to be participating as part of the Meadows Festival Programme this year which is celebrating 50 years of the Festival! You can find our more about this charity here: Home - Meadows Festival Edinburgh
Free participation in the event has been made successful due to being hosted by the Meadows Festival. This is a charity run entirely by volunteers. We would love to give something back to them and help support the costs of the event and the work they do to bring the community of Edinburgh together. If you are able - the suggested donation is £5 to help cover the costs of sound and staging equipment. You can donate on their page here: Donate to the Meadows Festival
