Tuesday, April 29: Ticket required
- 3:45pm-9pm: CONSIGNORS ONLY
- 5pm: Choose your Charity Pre-Sale $10 per person
- 7pm: Choose your Charity Pre-Sale $8 per person
Worn infants do not need a ticket. Pick your Charity to support at check out.
Wednesday, April 30: Ticket required
- 10am: VIP Text Club (Join here)
- 12:30pm: "New & Due" New Parent/Grandparents, Adopting/Fostering
- 2pm: HERO Pre-Sale: First Responders, military/veterans, nurses, teachers, daycare providers
- 3pm: Social Media Supporters (no ticket needed; Show your social follow on your phone for admission)
Open to the Public: May 1-4, 2025
- No ticket needed, free admission, kids welcome

About Each Pre-Sale::
- “Choose your Charity” Pre-Sale: Shop at the BEST time (if you’re not a consignor!) and pick the charity of your choice! Charities were nominated on our Facebook page. $10 / $8 per person (worn infants are free). Lilmited Availability. (We donated $12,000+ in 2024!)
- VIP Club Pre-Sale: Wait in line at home! When tickets are released, you have the option to claim a free VIP Club ticket. They are first come, first serve. Limited Availability! They're free, so don't waste the ticket! Use it or gift it! One free ticket per person. Kids discouraged
- New & Due Pre-Sale: For expecting and newly delivered parents & grandparents. Siblings welcome but not encouraged. Also valid for adopting & fostering families. One free ticket per person. Kids discouraged
- HERO Pre-Sale: First Responders, military/veterans, daycare providers, nurses, teachers & homeschooling families. One free ticket per person. Kids discouraged
- Social Media Club Pre-Sale: Show us your follow status on Insta @WVKidsSale or Facebook WV Kids Consignment Event. (No ticket needed)
Shopping Information Prior To Arriving:
- No bags larger than a piece of paper. Leave diaper bags, large purses, etc locked in your car. All bags inspected at exit.
- We are going green! Bring your own recycled bag to take home your purchases. OR buy one of ours for $10 while supplies last.
- Put a pen in your pocket! You’ll need it to fill out the CLAM TICKETS on items too large to carry.
- Itemized receipts will be emailed to you, if desired. Summary receipts provided at check-out.
- We understand it is sometimes helpful to pay with a card, instead of cash. To serve you better, we do offer card options: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay. 3% is added to all non-cash purchases.
- All items are sold "as is" and are non-refundable. Please inspect prior to purchase to make sure it meets your requirements. Shop at your own risk.
