Holiday Club at Wycombe Arts Centre (Ages 8–12)

Our holiday club offers a relaxed and creative space for children aged 8–12 to explore different art forms and enjoy making their own artwork. Sessions are designed to be fun and engaging, giving children the freedom to create at their own pace while experimenting with a variety of materials and techniques in a welcoming environment.

This session invites children to explore painting, drawing, and other creative techniques, building on ideas and inspiration from our afterschool art club. It’s a supportive space where children can express themselves and enjoy making something new.

Drop-off & Pick-up

Gates open at 9.30am for arrival, registration, and settling in.
Pick-up is at 2pm from the café space. Please ensure someone is available to collect your child on time.

What to Wear

Please send children in comfortable, old clothes that they don’t mind getting messy.

What to Bring

• A labelled water bottle

• Any medication they may need (please inform us in advance)

A hot meal is provided, so there is no need to bring a packed lunch. If you would prefer to send one instead, just let us know in advance.

Allergies & Dietary Needs

If your child has any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know so we can ensure the provided meal is suitable.

Additional Support Needs

If your child has any additional support needs — including help with personal care, 1:1 support, or more complex medical or behavioural needs — please get in touch with us before booking. We want to make sure we can support them properly and that they have the best possible experience with us.

Supervision & First Aid

Children are supervised at all times by our experienced team, who are trained in first aid. All staff hold appropriate DBS checks.

Behaviour & Expectations

We encourage positive behaviour and respect for others. Our team supports children to engage safely and kindly with everyone.

Privacy Notice

We take your child’s privacy seriously. Any personal information collected during registration is used only for safety, emergency contact, and administration. Photo and video consent is managed as part of the booking process.

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received
• Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the activity start date.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives and is collected safely each day.

*You will receive an additional form to tell us more about your child, such as alergies or medication in your ticket order confirmation received via email alternatively those details can be collected over the phone.
