The Sanctuary Sessions: Qi Gong & Breathwork
Sanctuary Sessions at the Wye Valley Sculpture Garden
Qi Gong & Soma Breath with Andy Squiff
Reconnect with yourself through movement, breath, art and nature.

Step away from the demands of everyday life and join us for a deeply restorative Sanctuary Session in the peaceful Sanctuary Circle at Wye Valley Sculpture Garden.
Each session combines the gentle flowing movements of Qi Gong with the transformative practice of Soma Breath, helping you release tension, calm your nervous system and reconnect with yourself in nature.
Surrounded by mature trees, contemporary sculpture and birdsong, you'll experience a unique setting where art, landscape and wellbeing come together to support relaxation, creativity and inner balance. A shaded canopy is available when needed, so sessions can be enjoyed comfortably in all weather.
