Crossing Places: writing workshop

Made of things of the earth, and overlaid with experience and memory, the places we live are richly storied intersections of material and imagined worlds. How do you give place a voice? How do you situate yourself within it? Join poet Elizabeth Lewis Williams for a workshop which explores these questions. Starting with responses to the new site of Kett’s Books, you will build on a series of creative exercises to shape the first draft of a poem or piece of lyric prose.
