TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:

To secure your space at the 2027 Annual Dinner, a non refundable deposit of £25 per person is required at booking. 

Due to exceptional demand expected for this event, bookings will only be confirmed one the deposit has been received.

Payment Schedule:  

• £25 non refundable deposit per person payable upon booking. 
• The remaining balance of £100 per person must be paid in full by 17th May 2027.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Deposits are non refundable and non transferable
• Any bookings with an outstanding balance after 17th May 2027 may be cancelled without further notice
• Any cancelled bookings due to non-payment will forfeit all deposits paid, and the tickets may be released for resale. 
• It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure all members of their party are aware of these terms and that payment deadlines are met. 
• Table allocations and final event information will be confirmed closer to the event date.
