Heritage Open Days - Vanished Farms and Orchards

A walk along tracks and paths within Preesall that will take us to the sites of lost and abandoned farms in the southwest quarter of the parish.

The walk is on the flat with only one or two stiles.

Grade moderate distance 6 miles

Booking is essential

What to Bring With You:

• Please wear outdoor clothing and footwear appropriate to the weather conditions.
• Any medication required.
• Stout footwear – flip flop style footwear not allowed.
• A drink and snacks.

POOR WEATHER

A ranger/walk leader will be at the start of an activity whatever the weather. In extreme conditions, the leader of the group will take a decision on the day whether or not cancel.
