The 10-Hour AI Bootcamp for Humans

10x your productivity — using plain language and tangible shortcuts.

You don't need to be technical. You don't need to know what a "prompt" is. You don't need to have tried any AI tool before — or even feel ready. And you definitely don't need to understand the mechanics behind AI.

You just need to show up.

I'm Per. And I'm not an AI expert. I've been using the new AI tools for less than a month. What I do have is 35+ years of experience turning complex topics into trainings people actually understand and love. So I did what I do best: I spent a month figuring out AI the hard way, made all kinds of possible mistakes, and packed everything that actually works into this 10-hour bootcamp — so you don't have to.

This is the bootcamp that takes you from "Where do I even start?" to actually using AI in your real, everyday work. Whether you're managing projects, researching the web, writing reports, building presentations, doing administrative work, keeping your mail inbox tidy, or just trying to keep up — this is your shortcut. With one purpose: to remove the anxiety of not knowing where to start.

What you'll walk away with

This isn't a lecture about what AI could do someday. It's a hands-on bootcamp focused on what it can do for you right now. You'll leave with real skills you've actually practiced — not just slides you half-remember. Things like getting AI to draft documents, research topics, analyse data, build presentations, and handle the tedious work that eats your day. For every hour, you won't just understand AI — you'll be using it. And at a higher and higher level.

How it works

The bootcamp runs over three half-days — 3.5 hours each session — so you can absorb and apply as you go rather than drowning in a full-day marathon. Each session is practical: you can either work along in real-time or follow along and try things out afterwards at your own pace.

Every session is recorded. So if you can't make a session — or want to revisit something — the full recordings are yours to keep. This also means you can sign up even if the dates don't fully work for you. The material isn't going anywhere.

When and where

The first cohort runs March 2, 3 & 4, 2026 from 16:00 to 19:30 CET each day.

That's 15:00–18:30 GMT | 10:00 AM–1:30 PM US Eastern | 7:00–10:30 AM US Pacific.

We meet on Zoom, collaborate on Miro, and all materials will be shared through a Dropbox folder.

There's also an optional check-in on Friday, February 27 from 16:00 to 16:30 CET (15:00–15:30 GMT | 10:00–10:30 AM Eastern | 7:00–7:30 AM Pacific) — a quick Zoom session where you can test your setup, make sure everything works, and ask any questions before we start.

What you'll need

A computer — Windows or Mac — where you have permission to install software. That's it. During the first session, we'll walk through setting everything up together, step by step.

We'll be using Claude as our main AI tool. To follow along and practice, you'll need a paid subscription. Don't worry about figuring out which plan is right — we'll cover that on day one, including the differences between Claude Pro, Claude Max 5 and Claude Max 20, and how to make a smart choice. If you want to be ready to go from the start, a Claude Pro subscription is a good place to begin. You can always upgrade immediately, though downgrading only takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

A note for corporate users: Some company-managed computers restrict what you can install, and may limit access to tools like Zoom, Miro or Dropbox. Zoom works in all major browsers in my experience, so that's usually fine — but it's worth checking with your IT department ahead of time to avoid surprises on day one.

Early bird — with a twist

This is the very first time this bootcamp runs. Which means two things: you get to shape it, and you get a price that won't come back.

The regular price is €1,000. For this first cohort, you pay €50 — a 95% discount. In return, I'll ask you to spend up to one hour giving honest feedback and suggestions for improvement. That's it. You help me make it better, you get in at a fraction of the price.

This bootcamp is built for people like you

Project managers. Department leads. Marketing people. Finance people. Scrum masters and agile coaches. Product owners. Administrators. Accountants. Anyone who lives in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel — and suspects AI could help, but has no idea where to begin. If your job title doesn't include "developer" or "engineer," you're exactly who this is for.

Already an AI whiz? This one's not for you.

And that's by design. This bootcamp is a room full of people who are starting from scratch — led by a teacher who started from scratch a month ago. There's no technical mumbo-jumbo here because I don't know it either. That's not a weakness. That's the whole point. If you want advanced prompting strategies and model architecture deep-dives, you'll find that elsewhere. If you want to finally get started without feeling stupid, pull up a chair.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any prior experience with AI?
None at all. This bootcamp is specifically designed for people who have never used AI tools — or who tried once, got confused, and gave up. We start from absolute zero.

What if I can't attend all three sessions?
Every session is fully recorded and the recordings are yours to keep. You can catch up at your own pace. You can even sign up if none of the live dates work for you — the recordings plus the shared materials give you everything you need.

What AI tools will we be using?
We'll be using Claude — specifically Claude's desktop app, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork. These are powerful, practical tools that work for everyday tasks like writing, research, data analysis, and presentations. We'll cover setup together on day one.

How much does a Claude subscription cost?
Claude Pro starts at $20/month (approximately €18). There are also Claude Max 5 and Max 20 plans for heavier use. We'll walk through the options on day one so you can make a smart choice for your needs. You can always upgrade instantly, though downgrading takes effect at the end of your billing period.

I work on a corporate laptop — will this still work for me?
It depends on your company's IT policies. You'll need permission to install software on your computer. If that's restricted, check with your IT department before the bootcamp. For Zoom, Miro, and Dropbox, browser-based access usually works fine even on managed devices — but it's worth confirming ahead of time. The optional check-in on February 27 is a perfect moment to test everything.

Is this bootcamp in English or Danish?
The bootcamp is conducted in English, making it accessible to participants from anywhere in the world. We've chosen the timing so it fits both US and European time zones.

What exactly will I be able to do after the bootcamp?
You'll be able to use AI to draft documents, research topics, analyse data, create presentations, manage your inbox, and automate repetitive tasks — all using plain language. No coding required. Most participants will walk away having already completed real tasks from their actual work during the sessions.

Is €50 really the price, or are there hidden costs?
The bootcamp itself is €50 for this first cohort (regular price: €1,000). The only additional cost is your Claude subscription, which starts at around €18/month. There are no other hidden fees.

Can I get an invoice for my employer?
Absolutely. Registration and payment are handled through Ticket Tailor, where you can download an invoice directly. That makes it straightforward to expense through your organisation.

What's the time commitment beyond the 10 hours of sessions?
The sessions themselves are the core experience. If you follow along in real-time, you'll be practising during the sessions, so there's no homework. That said, setting aside an hour or two each day to experiment with your new skills can be a great way to strengthen what you've learned — but it's entirely optional, not a requirement. Per also expects to be online after each session to answer any questions that didn't get covered during the 3.5 hours, so having some slack in your calendar afterwards can be helpful — but again, not required. For this first cohort, I'll ask for up to one hour of your time for feedback — that's what earns you the 95% discount.

How many people will be in the bootcamp?
The first cohort will be kept intentionally small to allow for interaction, questions, and a personal experience. Exact numbers will depend on sign-ups, but this won't be a 500-person webinar. It's a bootcamp, not a broadcast.

What if I try it and AI just isn't for me?
That's a perfectly fair concern. But here's the thing — most people who feel that way haven't had it explained in a way that makes sense for how they actually work. That's what this bootcamp is built to fix. And with the recordings, you can always revisit things later when you're ready.

About Per

Per Beining has spent 35+ years helping people and teams grow with more clarity, courage, and connection. A longtime agile coach, facilitator, and pioneering voice in team development, he brings gentle curiosity and powerful storytelling to how we work and lead together. Per is a well-known face in agile circles across Denmark and Europe — typically recognised for his infectious energy and his ability to make complex ideas feel simple and actionable.

His sessions go beyond corporate strategy, diving into personal self-management, the distribution of power, and the art of designing a life worth living. As a skilled facilitator — and a pioneer of graphical facilitation — Per brings complex ideas to life through storytelling, making his insights as memorable as they are actionable. He currently holds the distinction of being the only FAT (FaST Authorised Trainer) in Europe.

Per's journey with AI mirrors what many are feeling right now. Like most people, he started dabbling when ChatGPT arrived in late 2022 — using it as a conversation partner, exploring what it could do. Then, during the 2025 edition of Daily December Sparks, Jason Little and Quinton Quartel demonstrated the power of agentic AI. That was the awakening. Per recognised a pattern from his pioneering days working with internet technologies and the World Wide Web back in 1994: the technology had crossed from immature curiosity into something genuinely transformative. In mid-January, he installed Claude Code — and hasn't looked back since.

The new wave that will change the world dramatically is here. Get up and start surfing.

No jargon. No fear. Just plain language and practical skills you can use immediately.
And will be eager to.
