If you are looking to purchase accessible tickets... 

If you require a wheelchair space, this will be visible on the seating plan for you to select. If you select the wheelchair space and the seat next to it, you will see that the price will only reflect one ticket. Once you have completed the booking, please send us one of the following forms of proof:

• The front page of your DLA letter or PIP letter
• The front page of your Attendance Allowance letter
• Evidence of being registered as severely sight impaired (blind)
• Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
• A valid Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you

Once we receive your proof, your tickets will be confirmed and secured.

If you do not require a wheelchair space, please select your preferred seats along with a Carer seat, and then send us the relevant proof so we can issue the refund for the carer ticket.

Some of our concerts take place in stunning historic spaces such as cathedrals, minsters and abbeys. These beautiful buildings were not originally designed for modern amplified sound, so you may notice a more atmospheric sound, shaped by centuries-old stone and architecture which may differ slightly from a traditional theatre. What these spaces offer instead is an unforgettable atmosphere and the chance to enjoy live music in truly extraordinary surroundings - all while helping to support the preservation of these heritage landmarks.
