Tawlah at Sphinx Lounge

Friday nights in West London. Join our weekly Tawlah event at the Egyptian-owned Sphinx Lounge .

The space gives a completely authentic, relaxed escape from London for the evening. We are bringing the original tradition of Tawlah (Backgammon) together with the option to have shisha alongside.

Whether you are a seasoned player or want to learn how to play, we are here to teach and the tables are open to everyone. This is a gambling-free space with a laid-back atmosphere built for the Yallah Tawlah community to come together and connect.

The lounge also offers amazing food, including one of the best Kosheri dishes in town, alongside their full menu. Fresh juice, tea, and coffee are all ready for you at very reasonable prices.
