As part of Norwich Wine week we have the wonderful Flint Vineyard joining us to showcase their incredible local wines, made in Suffolk.

And are super pleased to announce that our very own NXXDS will be bringing the asian flavours to this tasting. Serving a selection of their items for sharing, whilst the esteemed Kirby walks you through the pairings.

Winemaker Ben Witchell’s philosophy is based on his experience, which combines studying the science of wine and appreciating the traditional elements of the process.

The focus is on ultra-premium, low volume still wines, using the best fruit from their own and partner vineyards. Pioneering methods, some courage, a little luck and patience result in some of the most highly prized wines of England.
