Join Odessa from Odelish for a social, flavour-packed evening in the private dining room at Yalm in The Royal Arcade. 

You’ll learn how to create three easy-to-make Filipino dishes — two savoury and one sweet — with step-by-step guidance, cultural insight, and plenty of time to eat as you go.

Expect:

• A warm introduction to Filipino food and entertaining
• Three delicious tasting plates (served throughout the session)
• Optional cocktail pairing ideas using bar drinks - 
• A fun and sociable workshop — no prior cooking experience needed
• Hosted in our intimate Private Dining Room
