Do you have a to-do list that never seems to get any shorter?

Do you find it easier to get things done when other people are around? You're not alone.

Join us for a relaxed and supportive co-working session designed specifically for ADHD, autistic and AuDHD people.

Whether you're tackling work projects, business tasks, life admin, emails, paperwork or simply trying to make a dent in that task you've been putting off for weeks, this session provides dedicated time and a welcoming environment to help you make progress.

Unlike traditional co-working spaces, there is no expectation to network, work in a particular way or be productive every minute. This is a low-pressure environment designed with neurodivergent brains in mind.

Work quietly with headphones, take regular breaks, move around when you need to, or simply benefit from the presence of others through body doubling. However you work best, you're welcome here.

Hosted by Kelly and Hester Grainger, founders of Perfectly Autistic and creators of the Perfectly Productive Club, this session offers a supportive space to help you get started, stay focused and move tasks forward.

Spaces are limited to 16 attendees to ensure a comfortable and supportive atmosphere.

Yalm's Private Dining Room is located on the first floor, upstairs and behind the lift. Enter through the main food hall and take the staircase near the centre of the venue. A member of the team will be happy to assist if needed.
