At YAYA Music Fest, our mission is to bring together people from different backgrounds and ages to enjoy the power of music and the arts, where You Are Young Again (YAYA). Through our inclusive and dynamic productions, we strive to foster an environment that embraces diversity, resonates with all generations, and creates lasting memories within our vibrant community, leaving a positive legacy for future generations to come.

Weather

The festival will take place rain or shine. Please keep up-to-date on weather reports and plan your attire and preparations accordingly.

ZERO TOLERANCE

We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug use and possession. Police officers will be working inside and outside of the event, and all narcotics laws will be strictly enforced. Be responsible, and make smart choices.

SECURITY & ENTRY

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a thorough, TSA-style search, including emptying your pockets and bags, having all of your items examined, a full pat-down, and possibly removing your shoes. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.

• Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valid for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.)
• Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

• YES Medication (Over-the-counter). However, outside food and drink is not allowed inside the festival however, if a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, items will be allowed. It is recommended that patrons speak to the Security Manager and Medical Team members at the festival entry gate who can assist them. Patrons are allowed to bring medically necessary materials and medications into the festival if they meet these guidelines:

1. Prescriptions are in their original container sealed/unopened.
2. Only one type of medication is present, and the bottle contains only the appropriate amount of medication necessary while in attendance.
3. Prescriptions are not expired.
4. The patron’s name is on the prescription bottle and is verified with an ID
5. Medications that require refrigeration can be brought to the medical tent for storage, after adhering to verification

• NO Large purses, bags or backpacks (over 12” x 12”)

• NO Outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy)
• NO Wagons or wagon carts
• NO Walkie talkies
• NO Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial-use rigs)
• NO Red-colored light-up wands, batons, or lightsabers
• NO Stickers, flyers
• NO Tents, large umbrellas, chairs or blankets
• NO Toy guns, water guns, slingshots
• NO Weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)
• NO chairs/sofas, and coolers

The safety of our fans and Event attendees is of paramount concern to the Event organizers. The Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any person or item the Event organizers and/or authorized security personnel deem(s) dangerous.

TICKETS: After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your attached PDF ticket(s). You MUST print or show your PDF tickets on your phone to be admitted for the event. 

Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges / refunds except for cancelled / rescheduled shows. If a show is canceled or postponed, we will contact you and inform you of the procedure to follow. There is no compensation if you miss an event or cannot attend a future event.

TICKET REMINDER: To ensure your satisfaction, we cannot guarantee tickets purchased from un-authorized 3rd party resellers (individuals or brokers). You may gain entry to the event even if your name is not on your ticket ONLY so long as the barcode is scannable. We are not responsible if ticket(s) cannot be scanned while the order is under a different name than the person presenting the ticket. We recommend that you purchase tickets directly through us, our authorized partners, the venue box office the day of the show & only your trusted friends/associates.

MEDIA POLICY: YAYA MUSIC FEST retains exclusive media rights for the event indefinitely. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to capture, record, and utilize photographs, videos, and other media content created from the festival for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes.
