Gentle Gathering: A Night of Food & Conversation

Come take a seat at the table. Gentle Gathering is an evening where dining meets dialogue - a shared meal woven with playful prompts and surprising scenarios. Guided by a human host (and an AI companion named Graham), you’ll be invited to taste, talk and reflect together. Think of it as part supper club, part thought experiment - where the menu is simple, the atmosphere welcoming, and the conversations anything but ordinary. Expect warmth, curiosity and good food. Leave with new connections, fresh ideas and maybe even a different way of seeing the world.

What to Expect

Food: A simple, nourishing three-course menu that is vegan and gluten-free. (We’re not able to accommodate other dietary requirements this time.)

Format: You’ll share food, participate in guided conversations, and be invited to provide feedback, as this event is part of our ongoing Research and Development project, which is being supported by Media Cymru.

Duration: The gathering will last around 2 hours, with time to eat, talk and reflect together.

Numbers: Spaces are limited. You’re welcome to come on your own or bring a friend - either way, you’ll be warmly welcomed at the table.

Before the Gathering – A Few Questions

To help us get to know you (and to give our AI co-host Graham some material to work with), we’d love you to answer a few short questions. Your responses will only be used for this event and handled with care, in line with our privacy policy. These questions will be asked when you book your place.

2. Use of ChatGPT

• ChatGPT, an AI language model, will be used during the event for content generation, summarisation, or facilitation.
• Any information shared with ChatGPT will be handled responsibly, and no personally identifiable information will be intentionally input into the system.
• You acknowledge that ChatGPT is not a human entity and consent to its use in this event.

3. Withdrawal of Consent
