Join us for the premier after-party networking event at UKREiiF

Sponsored by Frankham Group and Birketts hosted and organised by the Yes We Can Team

Join us at for the ultimate UKREiiF networking event, bringing together key players in the UK Property industry for a night of networking, camaraderie, dancing and giving back.

We will be expecting up to 450 people to attend, making it a remarkable and unforgettable event.

The festivities will commence at 8 pm and conclude at 1 am, offering exclusive access to both the ground floor main bar and the Starlight bar at Be at One, Greek Street, Leeds.

Frankham Group and Birketts are sponsoring the bar until funds are depleted, after which it will switch to a cash bar.

All ticket sales will go to the Chandran Foundation

The Chandran Foundation works across London to help less privileged young people make the most of their education. The core activity of The Chandran Foundation is the delivery of small group, subject-specific tuition in English and Maths to help bridge the attainment gap. Breakfast clubs supplement these, ensuring no child is forced to come to school hungry.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Be at One is located a five min walk from Leeds Train Station and a twenty minute walk from the Royal Armouries conference centre.

What's the refund policy?

No refunds given, as the monies raised will go to the charity - Chandran Foundation

However please contact the organiser, so we can reallocate your ticket.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We will have your details on our guest list. However to speed up your entrance, please bring along your printed ticket or use the Eventbrite App on your smartphone.

Why do I need to give my contact details?

A list of all contacts who have registered to attend Yes We Can 2025 @UKREiiF will be passed to the sponsors. By registering to attend Yes We Can 2025 @UKREiiF, you are agreeing that the sponsors can contact you after the event. That is really what Networking is all about - the follow-up!!!
