🎉2 Year Anniversary 🎉 Gentle Yoga Sound Bath with Abbey and Clare

We will be celebrating our Two Year Anniversary 🥳 with some little gifts and treats after the Yoga Sound Bath 💛✨

A blissful 90 minute session of deep relaxation and healing led by Abbey and Clare.

The first half will be a gentle Yin Yoga practice with a sprinkling of sound followed by a Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation for deep relaxation) led by Abbey. This prepares the body and mind to drop into deep state of stillness, ready for the sound bath. The yoga is all floor based - no standing postures, you do not need to be flexible to participate, alternative options are provided to meet people's needs. During the yoga Clare will be doing distance reiki healing.

The second half you will be taken on an immersive journey of sounds led by Clare & Abbey; supporting you mentally, physically and spiritually.  A magical voyage of Crystal bowls, Koshi Chimes, Gongs, Shamanic drum and more  - helping to bring calm and tranquility.

Equipment: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and anything that will make you feel comfortable such as cushions and an eye mask. If you have yoga blocks please bring them along. Blocks are provided if you don't have any. Please wrap up warm in layers.

Arrival: Doors open at 7:15pm (gives us time to set up). Please arrive 15-10 minutes early so you can get settled in.

Location: The Parish Hall is located behind the church - near the primary school. It is the red brick building located on the left of the car park as you drive in.

Refunds/Cancellations: Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred to another event once booked. Tickets can be transferred to another person of your choice if you’re unable to attend.

Booking fee: The £20 ticket price includes the booking fee.

Contraindications

Please note that the sound healing is NOT SUITABLE for the for those who are PREGNANT, have a PACEMAKER, or have SOUND INDUCED EPILEPSY / SEIZURES / MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS. Sound healing may not be suitable for metal implants (excluding dental fillings) and sound sensitive conditions including tinnitus, vertigo and Ménière's disease. If you wear hearing aids, you'll need to turn them off. If you have any health concerns, please contact us prior to booking.
