Gentle Yoga Sound Bath with Abbey and Clare

A blissful 90-minute experience of deep relaxation and healing, lovingly guided by Abbey and Clare.

The session begins with a gentle Yin Yoga practice, beautifully enhanced with soothing sounds, followed by Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation designed to bring you into a profound state of relaxation—led by Abbey. This calming combination helps prepare both body and mind to fully unwind, creating the perfect foundation for the sound bath.

The yoga is entirely floor-based, with no standing postures, and is suitable for all abilities—you don’t need to be flexible to take part. Alternative options are offered throughout, ensuring everyone can practise comfortably. During the Yin Yoga, Clare will also be offering distance Reiki healing to support your experience.

The second half of the session invites you on an immersive sound journey led by Clare and Abbey, nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. Allow yourself to drift into deep relaxation as you’re surrounded by the enchanting sounds of crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, gongs, shamanic drum, and other beautiful instruments. These healing vibrations help to restore balance, ease tension, and cultivate a deep sense of peace and tranquillity.

Equipment: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and anything that will make you feel comfortable such as cushions and an eye mask. If you have yoga blocks please bring them along. Blocks are provided if you don't have any. Please wrap up warm in layers.

Arrival: Doors open at 7:15pm (gives us time to set up). Please arrive 15-10 minutes early so you can get settled in.

Location: The Parish Hall is located behind the church - near the primary school. It is the red brick building located on the left of the car park as you drive in.

Refunds/Cancellations: Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred to another event once booked. Tickets can be transferred to another person of your choice if you’re unable to attend. 

Booking fee: The £20 ticket price includes the booking fee.

Sound Bath Contraindications:  Sound healing is NOT SUITABLE for the for those who are PREGNANT, have a PACEMAKER, or have SOUND INDUCED EPILEPSY / SEIZURES / MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS. Sound healing may not be suitable for metal implants (excluding dental fillings) and sound sensitive conditions including tinnitus, vertigo and Ménière's disease. If you wear hearing aids, you'll need to turn them off. If you have any health concerns, please contact us prior to booking. 

Exercise Waiver:

•  I understand that Yin Yoga is a gentle practice involving long-held stretches and relaxation techniques.
• I am participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for my own health and wellbeing during the class.
• I will inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, recent surgery, pregnancy, or any other health concerns that may affect my participation.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to work within my own limits, modify or stop any posture if I experience pain or discomfort, and seek medical advice if I have any concerns about my suitability to participate.
• I understand that, while every effort is made to provide a safe environment, participation carries an inherent risk of injury. I voluntarily assume these risks.
