Reiki Sound Bath Meditation with Abbey and Clare

Join us for a deeply relaxing evening designed to help you unwind, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.

The session begins with gentle breathwork and a guided meditation, allowing the body and mind to settle, release tension, and prepare for a profound state of stillness and relaxation.

You will then be guided into a soothing Reiki experience, lovingly delivered by Clare and Abbey, helping to encourage energetic balance, calm, and wellbeing. As the Reiki flows, the session will gently transition into an immersive Sound Bath, where the healing vibrations of sound create a peaceful space for rest, reflection, and renewal.

Whether you are new to Reiki and sound healing or have experienced these practices before, this nurturing evening offers an opportunity to pause, recharge, and enjoy a journey of relaxation through energy, sound, and meditation.

Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be carried on a restorative journey of sounds and harmony.

Equipment: Please bring a floor mat, blanket and anything that will make you feel comfortable such as cushions and an eye mask. Please wrap up warm in layers.

Arrival: Doors open at 7:15pm (gives us time to set up). Please arrive 15-10 minutes early so you can get settled in.

Location: The Parish Hall is located behind the church - near the primary school. It is the red brick building located on the left of the car park as you drive in.

Refunds/Cancellations: Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred to another event once booked. Tickets can be transferred to another person of your choice if you’re unable to attend. 

Booking fee: The £25 ticket price includes the booking fee.

Contraindications

Please note that the sound healing is NOT SUITABLE for the for those who are PREGNANT, have a PACEMAKER, or have SOUND INDUCED EPILEPSY / SEIZURES / MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS. Sound healing may not be suitable for metal implants (excluding dental fillings) and sound sensitive conditions including tinnitus, vertigo and Ménière's disease. If you wear hearing aids, you'll need to turn them off. If you have any health concerns, please contact us prior to booking.
