We've raided Ellis' phone book and opened our kitchen this summer to bring you a dynamic lineup of Michelin star and award winning chefs from across the UK, each bringing their own flair to the table. Simon Rimmer is a national food favourite and a pillar of Northern hospitality. Known for his on-screen chemistry with co-host Tim Lovejoy on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch, Simon has also graced our screens as the resident chef on BBC2's Something for the Weekend. Whether it's his dancing feet or his culinary expertise, Simon brings joy and flavour to every occasion.

Simon opened his first restaurant, Greens, in 1990 with minimal kitchen experience but a burning passion to create a top dining destination. Since then, he has authored four popular cookbooks: The Accidental Vegetarian, Rebel Cook, Lazy Brunch (co-authored with Tim Lovejoy), and his latest, Seasoned Vegetarian.

The ticket includes all food served during the event.

Drinks packages will be available to purchase 1 week before each event. Ticket holders will be sent an email which will take you through to the packages.

For all other beverages, drinks are available on the night.
