Karen translates boardroom strategies into real-world skills for youth. She volunteers with Asia Institute of Mentoring, NUS Social Enterprise, Young Founders School, OCTAVE Fengshan, CWS Night Mission, Over the Rainbow, and YMCA. Her work spans youth suicide prevention, bridging education-to-industry gaps, community mentoring, homeless care, active ageing, parenting, and mental wellbeing.
