A Community Yoga Class from Yoga Borne, created as an extension of our studio community and held at Cotteridge Quaker House.

This is a welcoming, accessible class for complete beginners and beyond.

There’s no expectation that you need to be flexible, experienced or even “good” at yoga.

You’ll be offered options and variations throughout the class so you can find what feels right for your body, your energy and your day.

Move at your own pace, breathe, stretch, pause and enjoy the many benefits of yoga — without pressure, judgement or expectations.

Come as you are.

All you need is a mat, a blanket and a bottle of water.

The sliding scale helps us keep this class accessible while allowing those who are able to contribute a little more to support the community.

The class is taught by Karine, Yoga Borne Studio Owner and Senior Yoga Teacher, with the same warmth, inclusivity and community spirit you’ll find at the studio.

Please arrive on time. As the building needs to be secured, the doors will be locked once the class begins and late entry will not be possible.

Bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or carried over to another class.
