Description
Yoga Eros presents the Women’s Sensual Temple with Dee Yergo
Since the beginning of time, women have gathered together to nurture each other within safe havens of co created space. Women’s temples are powerful sanctuaries that celebrate the feminine, welcome our radical authenticity, invite healing, and facilitate access to our profound inner wisdom.
This workshop will explore the powerful energy of Eros in community using sensuality as an access point. "Eros" refers to the Greek concept of the life force or energy that drives desire, passion, and the pursuit of life's pleasures. In philosophical and psychological contexts, Eros encompasses the broader impulse towards creation, vitality, and the pursuit of beauty and fulfillment in all aspects of existence.
This Women’s Sensual Temple is a conscious space devoted to exploring your sensuality in a safe and sacred container with other women.
We will open with a sharing circle and relational activities to align our hearts. Guidelines and agreements on consent and getting in touch with desires and boundaries will be offered. A movement practice will follow that will serve to activate the energy body and shed any density we may have arrived with, so that we can come into full presence. From there, we’ll move into a facilitated somatic sensual experience to awaken and ignite the senses and activate Eros in order to explore what vital and creative energies arise. After the sensory ritual, there will be space held for the sharing of our experiences as part of the closing/integration circle.
Once we formally close our circle, there will be optional time of less structured interaction, sensual play, conversation, and/or cuddles that will foster a deeper connection.
