The Shadow Sessions w/Dee Yergo
Tue Jan 7, 2025 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM EST
Online, Zoom
Description
This powerful four-week online group series invites participants into a container of mutual support, deep listening, mirroring and accountability for the important process of shadow work. This journey invites you to curiously and compassionately examine your “shadow”—those hidden or repressed parts of ourselves that shape our thoughts, behaviors, and relationships from the depths of the unconscious mind. What is tricky about the shadow, is that it exists just beneath our level of awareness.
The Shadow Series is rooted in the teachings of Carl Jung and weaved artfully with shamanic practices and self development tools that help us to bring our blind spots into focus. These blind spots are the areas that can keep us stuck in patterns, limiting our potential and negatively impact our relationships.
This series leverages group and individual processes to explore how the unconscious mind shapes your inner saboteur. When the shadow comes into the light of our awareness, it integrates our unconscious mind with our authentic truth. Our shadow parts also contain valuable insights and untapped strengths to be harnessed for our growth and healing.
Through dynamic group work and guided exercises within a container of trust and mutual accountability, you’ll build the skills to address your shadow with gentleness, courage and compassion.
