Join us on Crosby Beach at 10am on Saturday 21st June to celebrate the Summer Solstice through movement, mindfulness and community.

• An energising Summer Solstice yoga flow inspired by Sun Salutations ☀️
• A nourishing and restorative sound bath for deep relaxation 😌
