The spring equinox, bringing in the new spring season of energy, new life, potent potential and blooming buds.

Arrive for 6.45pm on Friday 21st March, have a lovely cup of tea, set your space up, and catch up with Om & Bass Fam.

We kick off with the Om & Bass Chakra Yoga Rave for all ages and abilities.....get your booty to us!

We can not wait to bend, stretch, flow, laugh, connect and relax.

Then we let Julia lead us on a sound journey into deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Children can come along for free xxx

Bring a yoga mat, blanket for the sound ceremony.
