The weekend workshop with guest teacher Sushama Chitale of RIMYI, Pune, is the culmination of the week long Yogapushpanjali family yoga camp.  You are welcome to come alone or bring children - children will enjoy their own yoga class with Mihir Chitale followed by supervised outdoor activities led by experienced outdoor teachers in the beautiful forest grounds of Michael Hall School. The camp timetable will be as below, subject to the odd change depending on the age range of children attending and other factors. Start times will be as stated.

If you can't attend for the whole weekend we offer a Saturday only ticket option which includes a light lunch and supper and the chance to enjoy the final two sessions of the Ramayana with our storyteller Maria.

We also offer the chance to experience Sushama's teaching for a one off Saturday afternoon class! Yoga is for all ages and all the family - at Yogapushpanjali we aim to include everyone from children right through to the elderly. With this in mind Sushama's Saturday afternoon class will focus on addressing our bodies when they are not so young and willing! The special class - "Supporting Stiffness and the Aging Body" is part of the full weekend workshop but can be attended and booked as a one off.

T shirts at the special pre-order price of £18 for Yogapushpanjali attendees are offered during the booking process.
