Join us for a weekend of yoga from Iyengar yoga teacher Sushama Chitale and her son Mihir.  Based at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, Sushama has studied and worked with the Iyengar family and brings a wealth of warmth and experience to her teaching.  All are welcome - all levels of experience and all schools of yoga.  

This weekend is the culmination of the Iyengar Yoga Family Camp, Yogapushpanjali, which seeks to bring yoga to families.  You are welcome to come alone or bring children - children will enjoy their own yoga class with Mihir Chitale followed by supervised outdoor activities led by experienced outdoor teachers in the beautiful forest grounds of Michael Hall School.  See https://iyengaryoga.org.uk/yogapushpanjali/ for more details.

The timetable for the weekend will be as below, subject to the odd change depending on the age range of children attending and other factors. Start times will be as stated.

If you can't attend for the whole weekend we offer a Saturday only ticket option which includes a light lunch and supper and the chance to enjoy the final two sessions of the Ramayana with our storyteller Maria.  

We also offer the chance to experience Sushama's teaching for a one off Saturday afternoon class!  Yoga is for all ages and all the family - at Yogapushpanjali we aim to include everyone from children right through to the elderly.  With this in mind Sushama's Saturday afternoon class will focus on addressing our bodies when they are not so young and willing!  The special class - "Supporting Stiffness and the Aging Body" is part of the full weekend workshop but can be attended and booked as a one off.   

Any remaining unsold T shirts will be on sale at the camp for £20 but we cannot guarantee your choice of size or colour.
