Ingredients list

Rice flour dosas
1. Rice flour2. Cumin seeds3. Cilantro 4. Finely grated carrots5. Salt.

Green mung bean coconut curry
1. 100gms of green mung bean soaked for 6 hours and cooked. I usually cook my mung beans with 1:3 water that is 1 cup of green mung with 3 cups of water until soft (it can be soupy) 2. 1 thumb size ginger grated 3. Asafoetida powder (this is a garlic alternative) if you don't have this, you can use garlic but that won't be sattvic) you can skip this if it's hard to procure asafoetida. 4. 2 bay leaves 5. A handful of chopped fresh basil (mint also works) 6. Cumin or fennel seeds 7. 1 red dried chillis (paprika powder works) 8. Full fat Coconut cream 2&3 tablespoons or fresh coconut, even desiccated works. 9. Cooking oil ( I use coconut) 10. Salt11. Brown sugar/cane sugar 1tsp12. Lemon juice
