Kate (yogawithkaty.co.uk) has been teaching yoga in South Bristol for over ten years. She is passionate about sharing both the physical benefits of a regular yoga practice and the more subtle, therapeutic effects of a mindful, integrated mind-body approach.
Her teaching and personal practice are deeply inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli. More recently, Kate qualified as a Yoga Therapist, with a particular interest in supporting emotional resilience and working with women in midlife and beyond.
Sarah, Sarahmariehypnotherapy - Sarah is a Food & Nutrition Teacher and a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, and founder of Sarah Marie Hypnotherapy. She has 15 years of teaching experience and a life-changing personal experience with hypnotherapy that led her to train in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
Sarah supports people gently rebuild confidence, resilience, and hope, and her teaching background allows her to listen with empathy, communicate clearly, and support meaningful change. Working together, we focus on what’s going well, take small, achievable steps forward, and help people reconnect with the version of themselves that feels like them again.
