Root to Rise : The Gentle Reset  - Release - Realign - Rise

Join us on Friday 5th June for a deeply nourishing late afternoon of relaxation, connection, and grounding.

Over the course of three beautifully curated hours, you’ll be gently guided through a calming and restorative experience designed to soothe both body and mind.

We will begin with a welcoming opening circle, creating a safe and supportive space to arrive, connect, and set the tone for the evening. During this time, Sarah will introduce the principles of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, offering insight into how this powerful approach can support relaxation and make lasting positive change.

From here, we will flow naturally into a 45-minute yoga practice...

Kate will guide you through a slow, embodied, and deeply grounding yoga practice rooted in the principles of somatic yoga. You will be invited to explore your felt experience through breath, sensation, and the natural movement of the spine. This practice encourages you to listen deeply and respond sensitively, helping you cultivate a compassionate connection with your body—softening the body, heart, and mind.

As your body softens, you’ll be guided seamlessly into a deep hypnosis relaxation session with Sarah, allowing your mind to fully unwind and settle into a state of calm and clarity.

Sarah will guide you into a deeply calming state of relaxation using her solution-focused hypnotherapy techniques. You’ll be taken on a gentle inner journey, allowing yourself to slow down, recharge, and embrace the natural transition into summer - a time for lightness, rest, and renewal.

To close, we’ll gather for reflection, intention setting if you wish, and connection, accompanied by tea and light refreshments.

We’ll then complete the evening with a truly special experience — a visit to Orchard Sauna for an hour of sauna and cold plunge, leaving you feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and deeply restored.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, curious, or simply in need of some time for yourself, you are warmly welcome.

No yoga or hypnotherapy experience is required — just come as you are.

Meet the facilitators

Kate (yogawithkaty.co.uk) has been teaching yoga in South Bristol for over ten years. She is passionate about sharing both the physical benefits of a regular yoga practice and the more subtle, therapeutic effects of a mindful, integrated mind–body approach.

Her teaching and personal practice are deeply inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli. More recently, Kate qualified as a yoga therapist, with a particular interest in supporting emotional resilience and working with women in midlife and beyond.

Sarah (Sarahmariehypnotherapy) - is a Food & Nutrition Teacher and a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, and founder of Sarah Marie Hypnotherapy. She has 15 years of teaching experience and a life-changing personal experience with hypnotherapy that led her to train in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

Sarah supports people gently rebuild confidence, resilience, and hope, and her teaching background allows her to listen with empathy, communicate clearly, and support meaningful change. Working together, we focus on what’s going well, take small, achievable steps forward, and help people reconnect with the version of themselves that feels like them again.

Parking:
On-street parking is available near the venue.

What to Wear and bring:
Comfy clothes you can move easily in and possibly a layer or two. Swim wear, flip flops. 2 towels and water bottle. You may also want to bring a note book and pen
