Yoga with Remi

As a yoga teacher I aim to create an inclusive and accessible environment for students to explore their yoga practice and reconnect with themselves. My practices focus on drawing awareness back to the body and the breath and movement is slow-steady in pace. Expect to leave feeling grounded, balanced, and calm. 

My offers:

• Hatha and vinyasa group classes for all abilities in Stoke Newington, London

• Trained in Yoga for Cancer and Long-Term Health Conditions

• Free community park yoga classes (May-September) in Clissold Park, N16 - returning Summer 2027
