Join us every Monday evening for your weekly yoga practice.
We'll stretch the body, create some warmth, calm the mind, and give you space to check-in with yourself as you start your week.
Classes are suitable for all levels, beginners welcome.
These classes focus on alignment and breath. I provide guidance on the use of props and how to modify poses and transitions to ensure classes are accessible to best suit you.
Location: 3-5 Shelford Place, N16 9HS
Time: Mondays 6:30pm - 7:30pm

FAQs
I am no longer able to attend class, do you offer refunds? - I am able to process refunds up to 4 days before class. After that, you are welcome to give your class spot to a friend.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat? - The studio provides yoga mats and props (blocks, exercise bands, blankets), however you are welcome to bring your own equipment if you wish.
How do I find the studio space? - The studio space is located in 3-5 Shelford Place. Enter the building through the large roller shutter doors (they will be lifted open for you to enter 15mins before class starts). Walk straight ahead to the end of the corridor and follow it left. Signage will direct you to the studio.
