Vinyasa Flow Yoga Winter Workshop

A pop up yoga class with Saira at Moreton Village Hall in Dorset to help balance energies and harmonise into the energies of Winter.

Doors open at 9.30am to begin at 9.45am, we'll work with breath work, meditation, a vinyasa flow practice and then end with a deep relaxation with guided meditation.

If you have time stay and have a cup of tea at the end I'd love to catch up with you if you aren't rushing.
