Yoga with Sara

Hi there, I'm Sara.

I'm a dancer, dance teacher and yoga instructor working across the UK and Europe. I have taught yoga since 2020, with weekly classes in various studios and offices across London. I have worked with dancers at South London dance school, Italia Conti and The Place.

Since 2021, I have taught locally at Hotpod yoga in West Dulwich and Brixton creating community and making many friends. This has inspired me to start running yoga classes close to home in the lovely Crystal Palace park.

My classes blend creative sequencing with deep stretches, offering a balanced practice that leaves you feeling energised in the body and relaxed in the mind.
