DISCLAIMER - since I will not be in a room with you, I cannot watch what you are doing in the same way. However, the movement and poses I am teaching are safe and you are the person that knows your body best. Please adjust what we are doing to be comfortable according to what you feel as we do the yoga.**
Please have something on the floor (a blanket is fine if you don't have a yoga mat) and a couple of cushions. Have a blanket ready for the relaxation at the end.
Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email with a link for Zoom. You will need to install the App Zoom Meetings on your device ahead of time (it's free and takes a couple of minutes to do). Please aim to join 10 minutes before so we can say hello and sort out any tech issues. Then I will ask you to mute yourself.
