6 week course from 25th Feb to 1st April.
A woman-centred class to nourish you from the comfort of your own home. We start with a 25 minute yoga nidra and then move into gentle, but strengthening movement. We finished with pranayama (breathing practicies) and a short meditation.
You will need a mat or blanket to do your yoga on, with a couple of cushions. If you have an eye pillow have that to hand for the yoga nidra, but an empty sleeve of a jumper over the eyes works just as well.
Zoom allows us to interact and for me to watch how you're doing the yoga. **Since I am not in the room with you, I cannot see you in the same way as a face-to-face class, but what I am teaching is safe and you can feel how the yoga works for your body and adjust accordingly. This is a class that encourages embodiment and permission to follow your own experience anyway.
