Food Walking Tour 🌯

📋 Dietary requirements: can cater for vegetarians but not those who are vegans, lactose intolerant or gluten-free. If you have any other allergies please ask before purchasing a ticket.

Who doesn't love a gentle stroll, a chat and some delicious food?! We have teamed up with a number of wonderful independent businesses a food walking tour. So you can discover some fantastic indie businesses, try some tasty food, all whilst getting your steps in and making new friends.

The meeting point will be the tree in between York Minster and Bennett's Cafe and will finish on Walmgate.

Due to number of tickets, you will be split into 2 groups of 20 with on group starting at 10:30am (with Henna) and the other at 11am (YG Ambassadors Chloe and Erin). You will be informed which group you'll be in.

These businesses are confirmed:

• Little Arras: Half an all butter croissant or half cinnamon bun (your choice)
• Bar Hashery: Quarter of their homemade waffles with avocado smash, halloumi and hot honey (v)
• Aly's Cheesecake: Small slice of their San Sebastian cheesecake (v)
• Dough Eyed: Quarter of a pizza (choose from Spiced Lamb or Funghi (v))
• Life on Mars: Homemade pork and cabbage dumpling or mushroom with tofu (v)
• Little Blondie Bakehouse: Quarter of a brownie or blondie (nut free option will be available)
• Love Cheese: Sample of 1 hard cheese and.1 soft cheese cheese on crackers (v)
• Biga+: Truffle mushroom arancini (v)
• Sushi & Bowl: Ebi Tempura roll or Cucumber Maki (v)

This event will last ~3.5 hours & includes:
🌯 samples of the above food samples from businesses above
🧻 individual packet of tissues & wipes
🍫 extra little sweet treat from a local independent business

To attend this event:
- purchase a ticket
- you'll be added to the event group chat on Whatsapp
- complete the Google Form regarding dietary requirements etc.
