Join us at York Explore Library and Archive in the Marriott room, Thurs 23rd October as we welcome Rob Edgar for the launch of his new novel, The Wandspringer.
This event will begin promptly at 6pm with an author talk & interview followed by a book-signing. Copies of the book will be available for purchase from Fox Lane Books.
Robert Edgar
Robert Edgar is a writer and academic based in York, UK, where he teaches literature and creative writing. In addition to writing fiction he is Professor of Writing and Popular Culture in the York Centre for Writing at York St John University, UK. He is a series editor for the Bloomsbury Academic Series, Spectres Haunting and Horrors. His publications include The Routledge Companion to Folk Horror (Routledge 2023), Horrifying Children: Hauntology and the Legacy of Children’s Television (Bloomsbury 2024), and Alan Garner and the Work of Time (2026).
Book Synoposis
