Peace & Crafts Fair - stall bookings

The Fair will once again return to the prestigious Victoria Hall at Saltaire (on the outskirts of Bradford) in the run-up to Christmas. Victoria Hall is located in the popular tourist village of Saltaire, adjacent to the art gallery & specialist shops in Salts Mill.

The Peace & Craft Fair is a local institution attracting large numbers every year, and always aim to create the very welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere which people have always appreciated.

As well as advertising through the usual outlets including social media, and the distribution of leaflets/posters in Saltaire and around the West Yorkshire area, we will also distribute publicity through the various networks of the participating campaigning & voluntary groups. We hope you can also help distribute leaflets, as has worked so well in previous years.

We recommend that you double check your order before pressing the checkout button, to ensure you are paying the right amount and you booked the right stall (an optional donation of £5 is automatically added to the order, which can be reduced or increased).

Adverts will feature in the programme, which is given to the public at the event.

Please also be aware that we have the right to cancel your booking e.g. stallholders cannot sell food + we will not tolerate any stall that endorses racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism or any other prejudices based on ethnicity, nationality, religion, & gender.

1) BY PURCHASING A CAMPAIGN / CHARITY STALL, YOU ACCEPT THAT YOU MIGHT BE MOVED FROM DOWNSTAIRS TO UPSTAIRS AND VISE VERSA.

2) TABLES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE STALL PRICE, AND MUST BE BOOKED WITH YOUR ORDER FOR £5 (+BF)

3) ADVERTS ARE THE FOLLOWING SIZES: FULL PAGE (A5), HALF PAGE (A6) AND QUARTER PAGE (A7)

4) BOOKINGS CANNOT BE REFUNDED W/B 24TH NOVEMBER 2025
